Questions

How do I cancel Pro?

Cancel at any time in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Open it from Manage billing on your account page, or from your receipt email. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. The free plan stays free.

What happens to my saved work when Pro ends?

Every saved calculation stays. You can open, edit and print it. Every project stays. You can open it and its schedule. The free limits of 10 saved calculations and 1 project apply to new work only.

Can I get a refund?

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. It handles payment, tax and refunds under its own terms. If a charge looks wrong, tell us on the contact page.

Do the prices include GST, and where is my invoice?

Yes. Pro is NZ$5 a month or NZ$45 a year, in New Zealand dollars, GST included. Lemon Squeezy sends the receipt and keeps your invoices.

What happens if a payment fails?

Pro stays on for 14 days while the payment is tried again. Fix the card in that time and you lose nothing.

What does priority support mean?

A Pro support ticket is answered first, within one working day, New Zealand time. Other questions get a reply within two working days.
