Neutral conductor of a circuit
The neutral current tool reads the rules for the neutral of a multiphase circuit. It must be at least the largest active, with an Exception for a mostly multiphase load. The harmonics tool reads the 100 % share and the 40 % substantial load of Cl 3.5.2(b)(i).
