It needs no account and runs offline: nothing is sent anywhere to calculate, and no data is collected. A saved calculation stays on the phone; removing the app removes it.
A share link from the app sends a calculation as a web address. Opening that address at ampsize.nz reproduces the same inputs and the same result. A phone and a desktop can hand a calculation back and forth this way.
The app has no PDF reports and no projects; those stay on the website. A tool with a chart opens it on the website instead of drawing it on the phone. On an iPhone or a computer, ampsize.nz has every calculator with all three.
